Organizational Change Management

Not only species in this ever changing world even business organizations, if they did not become responsive to change they will also lose their possibility to survive in the competition. Some changes are inevitable some are not and some changes gives positive effects where as others give negative In an organization new employees join and others leave, technology changes, clients change, strategies change, the people themselves change, and the services or products change. Therefore in order to survive in this ever changing world, organizational change should be well managed.
